I am an experienced attorney and business leader with over 21 years of law-firm and in-house experience. I have a broad base of knowledge and substantial hands-on experience in diverse fields, including contracts, corporate governance, employment law and HR, early-stage equity and convertible debt offerings, intellectual property, M&A (buy and sell side), international operations, dispute resolution, and general corporate, governance and regulatory matters.
