Retained him for an FTCA case, as soon as he figured out he was not going to make a bundle with no work, he basically abandoned my claim. He lied to me repeatedly, failed to file suit in time to preserve my claim, and left me with permanent disabilities and no way to even get any monetary recovery. ... I have extensive documentation of his lies; false assurances; and, complete negligence. This person should be disbarred. I will provide them proof!
