Helene is a cut-to-the-chase type of person, which is exactly what one needs in a lawyer or consultant. She isn't there to be your therapist, and frankly, it's you dollar so knowing that and sticking the script will save you a few bucks anyway. That is not to say she's is anything besides very kind a...nd helpful, because she is both of those things. She knows how to get results and I would highly recommend her as a lawyer and/or consultant.

Helene has been representing our family for years and is the best family law attorney I have ever worked with. She helped us with custody issues that ensured the safety and security of my two young nephews. If she hadn't been there for us these loving brothers likely would have been separated and p...laced into the instable homes of their irresponsible fathers. I also went through a very painful divorce almost 2 years ago and Helene represented me professionally and supported me emotionally through the whole experience; she even followed up to see how I was doing after it was over. My ex-wife would have seen me penniless and on the streets, if she had her way; but Helene made sure we had fair and equitable dissolution which balanced my best interest with reasonable concessions to my ex-wife In short; if you want the best representation you can get in family court coupled with sensitivity and compassion, then Helene is the attorney for you.

She was an awful lawyer. She charged me $225.00 per hour for 'legal services' consisting of her personal advice/opinions and self righteousness. She advised me that I needed therapy. She even drove me to the bank in her car so that I could withdraw $855.00 in cash for her. She never even gave me ...a receipt and counted the money right then and there. She never answered my questions and gave me advice on child rearing and marital counseling. When I e-mailed her requesting even just a receipt, she roundly ignored me. There was no consultation, just a barrage of personal opinions and constant interruptions consisting of paralegals rushing in to make her appear 'important' and busy.
