She is a terrific lawyer. My case was a mess. I tried to represent myself and was completely confused. She was very responsive to my many phone calls and kept ...me well informed at every stage of the process. My ex-wife would have seen me penniless and on the streets, if she had her way; but Helene made sure we had fair and equitable dissolution which balanced my best interest with reasonable concessions to my ex-wife In short; if you want the best representation you can get in family court coupled with sensitivity and compassion, then Helene is the attorney for you.

Helene handled my marriage dissolution case. To say the least, she is very ineffective. She is disorganized, untimely, and lacking in her skills to present your case or defend you. She would talk round and round in the court until it makes no sense to anyone. Some of the tasks she performs are unneed...ed.

She was an awful lawyer. She charged me $225.00 per hour for 'legal services' consisting of her personal advice/opinions and self righteousness. She advised me that I needed therapy. She even drove me to the bank in her car so that I could withdraw $855.00 in cash for her. She never even gave me ...a receipt and counted the money right then and there. She never answered my questions and gave me advice on child rearing and marital counseling. When I e-mailed her requesting even just a receipt, she roundly ignored me. There was no consultation, just a barrage of personal opinions and constant interruptions consisting of paralegals rushing in to make her appear 'important' and busy.
