Biography
Brady Horenstein joined the Law Offices of Michael W. Bugni & Associates, PLLC, in 2023, following more than a decade of legal experience in public service. His career includes roles with the Department of Social and Health Services, the Department of Licensing, and the State Courts, as well as representing the Washington Supreme Court before the Legislature. As the third generation in his family to practice family law, Brady brings a unique perspective and dedication to his work. He has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, prenuptial agreements, domestic violence protection orders, and high-conflict litigation. A graduate of Willamette University College of Law, Brady is passionate about guiding clients through complex family law matters with professionalism and care.

Very helpful during a difficult time
Brady was a lifesaver during one of the most difficult times of my life. He helped me stay focused on the main thing — getting a good parenting plan in place so I could see my kids. If my ex had their way I would’ve never seen them again. Thankfully that didn’t happen!
