I hired emily to work on my mom's green card case. The case was difficult due to some documentation issues but she kept moving forward and grinding on. We had many problems with the postal service and delivery and emily still helped straighten that out when it wasn't really her problem. When USCIS ...sent us a letter for a medical exam that didn't give the normal amount of time which was their mistake to get the medical. She fought to get the case approved even though we couldn't get the medical done before the deadline because the doctor kept giving us delays from his office. It was approved without any interview! She was very reasonable and flexible on fee payments and never asked for more money even after spending a lot of extra time on our case. I recommend her to all my friends and would ask for help from her again in the future.
