You can find all the forms and directions to each form at USCIS.gov. You can also track your case there, once you have filed. You can also call the USCIS helpline, 1-800-375-5283. But remember, they are not attorneys and although they aren't "out to get you" they also are not "on your side" so be careful and be sure to protect yourself by using an attorney.

Always be sure you are working with a licensed immigration attorney (not a notario) who is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association.
