Mr. Boeshaar resolved an old IRS issue on a business that closed in 2005 efficiently and quickly. He dealt directly with the IRS rep, so I did not have to deal with them and settled a claim, that came completely out of the blue, that was originally for over 120k for less than $4000. Initially, I cont...acted the IRS, but it became clear immediately that this issue could escalate quickly. I had no experience dealing with tax law and honestly was not even clear on my rights and did not want to rely on the IRS for this information under these circumstances.
