At Beyond Disputes, we take a non-oppositional approach. Much of our practice utilizes alternative dispute resolution. In addition to preventing foreclosures and helping borrowers work out ways to remain in their homes, I have been active as a mediator for many years. We find that through hard work and active communication, we can resolve conflicts and create solutions that work for all parties involved.
