She always worked with us to devise a plan. For example when another country puts names in a different order on official documents - we decided to change the US legal name to match the foreign passport. Our one small delay was due to a translator's error that forced us to re-submit some documents for the work/travel authorization and green card. Despite almost no guidance from USCIS, Elisa caught the most likely source of the holdup. We had the errors in the translation fixed and she also encouraged us to add as much supporting documentation as we could provide. Her strategy worked and the rest of the process went smoothly. The entire process took less than 2.5 years from engagement to Green Card. Elisa was quick to address questions even while she was on vacation. She's kind and operates out of a desire to help those she represents; we cannot thank her enough!
