About me

I grew up in Tennessee and received my college and law school education at Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

From 1970 to 1974 I practiced with the Navy Judge Advocate General's Corps in Vietnam, Pearl Harbor, and other duty stations afloat and ashore.  Following my tour of duty, I became an associate with Mullavey, Prout in 1974.

My practice is predominantly personal injury trials, estate planning and probate, insurance, maritime and general litigation.  I have tried numerous jury and non-jury cases in state and federal courts.
