There was third party pressure and interference which was deliberatly withheld from the courts. It was through NEW representation in another state months later this was finally revealed OPENLY. Probation asked me many times to recap my " Pretrial Experience " and many unpleasant instances were... refreshed in their minds throughout the years. Of course I was not allowed to unload on anybody at that time .They knew I was telling the truth , and it is kind of interesting the criminal is the most honest one during " pretrial".It is still a working relationship, and it is prudent people remember that wether you like the defendent or not.
