Very knowledgeable and helpful

Helped me so much with a contract issue, I would for sure recommend her to anyone needing legal aid concerning employment and contracts. She gave me a lot of courage.

Wrongful termination dispute-Karen was amazing!

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen Klein. She recently represented me in a wrongful termination dispute. When I realized that my employer was looking for a reason to fire me, and was engaging in unethical conduct, I contacted other attorneys who said to wait and see what happens, and then contac...t them if I am fired. Luckily, I then found Karen and she advised me: "Do not meet with your employer without at attorney, and if you must (the meeting was happening that day, and she was unavailable), don't say anything, just call me after". She was so right. She worked hard, kept me up to date on all that was happening, gave me her advice and listened to my input. We eventually got a fair settlement. She was willing to take this to court, but advised me that it could possibly take a couple of years, cost me a lot of money, and my winning the case was not a "slam dunk". She was thinking about what was best for me, and not how much money she could make. Not only was Karen's legal advice superb, but she was a great emotional support to me, understanding how being fired can be traumatic (this was the first time anything like this ever happened to me). She also gave me advice regarding unemployment and looking for other jobs. I would recommend her without reservations.

Peace of mind

Years ago I was told to hire Karen Klein if I ever got into a jam and needed legal assistance. That day *did* arrive when I was unable to extricate myself from an extremely complicated work situation. This problem was one that could have cost me my livelihood. Ms. Klein was a tireless and fearless... advocate as she pursued a just resolution for my situation. Very thorough, Ms. Klein does her homework and more. I can remember her going through several months of emails! She looked at *all* aspects of the situation I was in, including those that were excluded from the official discussion. The result? I am still employed! Hire Karen Klein if you want peace of mind. I believe that Ms. Klein is worth every single penny. I only wish I had hired her sooner!

I hired Karen to help resolve an employment contract dispute. She was professional, responsive, and represented my best interests at all times. Highly recommended.

Union Dues Allocation Case

I hired attorney Karen Klein recently to help me with the process of allocation my union dues to a charity under a religious exemption offered by my union. I was getting resistance in my application process from the union attorney and decided to get some outside help to assist me with the process. ... Karen was really fantastic. She is straight forward, to the point and all business in her approach. I got the results I was looking for in my process forward from the initial several communications she had on my behalf. She really read my unintended personal communication tendencies very well and was able to guide me in my subsequent communications with the union. I had the upmost confidence in her from our first meeting and she continued to prove her worth many times.
