John was my counsel when joining an early stage software startup as co-founder. Since I was a novice in the many issues related to stock purchase agreements, John patiently educated me along the way. I asked plenty of stupid questions and he graciously helped me understand what to be concerned about ...and what steps I needed to take for tax protection.
