I represent and counsel clients on a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including business and commercial lawsuits, construction and real estate disputes, fraud and breach of contract actions, employment and non-compete claims. In this context, I have represented and advised clients in a variety of matters before municipal, county, district and federal courts, across the entire civil litigation lifecycle.

I also provide ongoing legal counsel and advice to small and medium-sized businesses that need general legal answers to everyday business questions. I have represented multiple Austin-based start-ups as well as provided general corporate and transaction guidance on an ongoing and as needed basis. Projects include reviewing and drafting service level agreements and related statements of work, federally compliant privacy policies, landlord-tenant agreements and policies, master service agreements, asset purchase agreements, consulting and referral agreements, supplier agreements, mechanics liens and demands, and construction agreements for residential and commercial construction companies.

I have been licensed to practice law in Texas since 2006, and became licensed to practice law in Colorado in 2015. I am also admitted to practice before the Western, Southern, Northern and Eastern United States District Courts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Finally, while not licensed to practice to law outside of the courts listed above, I have appeared “pro hac vice” in matters in Florida, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Indiana, South Carolina, and Ohio, and has handled matters as national counsel in matters in Oklahoma and Hawaii through appointed local counsel.
