Richard Adler

My daughter was a pedestrian hit by a drunk driver 3 1/2 years ago. As a mother, there is nothing more heart wrenching and traumatic to experience than when tragedy strikes your child. You seem helpless. I thank God everyday for Richard Adler and his team for the caring, knowledgeable and tenacious p...ursuit they had for helping my daughter. Nothing can give her back what she lost physically, but the compensation Richard and his team were able to get for her has made it possible for her to move on and provide for her future. They were thorough, patient, kind, and Richards medical knowledge guided my daughter in ways I believe no other lawyer could. You cannot go wrong having him on your team.

Outstanding support and tough advocacy

Richard and his firm worked as an orchestra of expert, compassionate advocates on my behalf. I was unaware, due to my concussion, of what my medical and legal needs were after my car accident. Dealing with insurance companies calling right away, while experiencing the onset of physical and emotional ...pain, was overwhelming. I needed to focus on healing, but I was afraid of making decisions and of the implications of every call. I don’t trust easily and asking for help in sorting things out was hard. I called a few law firms that I saw on TV and was dismissed over the phone because I wasn’t transported in an ambulance to the hospital after my accident, and I was told that I could handle it myself. I felt very alone and scared. My doctor gave me a list of attorneys to call and at the top of the list was Richard Adler’s name. My doctor explained that traumatic brain injuries/concussions can be long-lasting and tricky, and recommended I call an expert in the legal field. I called Richard’s office and Mary Ellen (Richard’s right- hand person) spent 30 minutes on the phone calming me and helping me sort through the accident and next steps. Almost immediately, Richard called to introduce himself and to explain that my job was to heal and his job was to advocate for me to return to being whole again. For two and a half years after that moment I didn’t have to answer any more questions from insurance companies, they kept track of my medical bills and payments, and they checked in to see how I was doing on a regular basis. My case was resolved with outstanding competence and thoroughness in every detail, and I could not recommend Richard Adler more highly!

My Guardian Angel

Richard and his support staff have just concluded an injury case for me that has been ongoing for 6 years. From the very beginning I felt safe in his hands, having been referred to him by my parents, who also had Richard's help several years prior for an auto-accident. Whether I was working with Ric...hard himself, or with Janet or Karla, I was always well informed and knew that my case was a priority. Richard's results are above and beyond what I imagined and I can't ever thank him enough, as I wouldn't be able to afford the treatment I needed and still need if it weren't for him. In addition to protecting my rights financially, Richard also was able to guide me through my treatment using his vast knowledge of car-accident related injuries. I know that I would have never considered seeking help from a few of the fields he referred me to simply out of my own ignorance, including cognitive and balance therapies to help with my brain injury, chiropractic, massage therapy, and physical therapy. Though I am relieved and grateful for Richard's work to be done, I am also saddened that our relationship will mostly be at an end. I feel that he has not just been my attorney, but also a friend with sincere concern for my well being. Having someone I trusted and believed in was pivotal for me, as my accident occurred while I was still in high school and very unaware of how to react to such an event in my life. With his help I am now better prepared to protect myself in the future and able to continue the treatment I still need. Richard Adler comes with my highest recommendation! In my opinion, there isn't anyone more genuine, more brilliant, or more successful in his field.

Excellent representation

As a retired Physician/Surgeon of 27 years I have had many occasions to i nteract with a large number of attorney's over a variety of issues. My relationship with Richard Adler, as he represented us, has been outstanding. He has been extremely thorough and very clearly expalined the entire process a...nd what the expected and unexpected outcomes might be.He very vigorously represented our interests and was always truthful, and handled each aspect of lthe case in a prompt and professional manner. He is extremely well versed with the rule of law but also all of the nuances. I would highly recommend Mr. Adler and his competent staff.

Auto Accident/Personal Injury

February 20, 2009 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident where a sixteen year old girl ran a red light and hit my car. Seven days later I had a heart attack, resulting in congestive heart failure. The car accident was traumatizing to me and I can no longer drive a car because of it. Richard Ad...ler was knowledgeable, efficient, and kept me informed through each and every step of the case. Aside from the legal or technical aspects of the case, Mr. Adler cared about my health and well being. He took the time to talk to me and keep an eye on how I was feeling, both physically and mentally. I was kept informed on all correspondance between his office and the agencies involved with the case, and I was able to call him with any questions or concerns that I had. I would recommend Richard Adler highly to anyone that finds themselves in any type of auto accident, or personal injury case in general.
