Melissa is amazing. I was in a car accident shortly after I got my driver’s license and another accident a few years later. I was injured in both accidents and neither one of them was my fault. She also gave me lots of advice for how to navigate the world of L&I and was incredibly patient with me while I was recovering from a traumatic brain injury after my second accident. I was confused, agitated, and couldn’t think straight for awhile during my initial recovery. Without her I truly believe that I would never have been able to get the treatment I needed to recover from my injuries.
