Refused to provide clarification
I hired her to review a contract, but the review didn't cover an important part of the paperwork. I reached back for help, but she refused and asked for additional payment. Not recommended.
Thank you for your feedback. Our quotes are based on the volume and complexity of the contract, as well as the time required to complete the initial engagement. When additional content is later added or the scope significantly exceeds the original review, we request an extra fee, which is standard and fair practice.
