Mr. Kimball has helped me on a number of occasions, most notably helping me to navigate the process of modifying my home loan and purchasing a business. Mr. Kimball acted as a go between with the bank, offering excellent advice on small steps I could take that would increase the chances that my ...modification request would be accepted, and kept me up to date through the entire process. When my husband and I decided to start our own business, Mr. Kimball aided us in filing the necessary documents with the federal government, the state, city and county. He helped us negotiate the purchase of the business and our lease. All parties involved found him very easy to work with and very responsive.

As two retired Washington teachers, we found Mr. Kimball through Washington Education Association's referral service. We needed to update our wills and put powers of attorney papers in place. Todd did a first rate job on each of the documents that he authored. He listened to us and captured what we w...anted to have in each document. He also registered our wills with King County.
