No Nonsense - They Nail It

As a small construction company we don't have an ongoing need to keep a lawyer on retainer, but whenever we have a little wrangle we call Linnville. They are absolutely present for us, focused on the issue, and providing the support we need. No nonsense. They just nail it.

From Linville to "Win-ville"

My Name is Michelle and I have used Larry Linville on several cases at this point he has mastered each case, and has succeeded in a winning result. I came to Larry feeling hopeless, seemed that people with more money can hurt the small guy.....that would be me....and the people around me....that woul...d be my family and employees. Larry took control and formulated the truth and presented the case each time. In the end ....the truth did prevail and Larry's expertise and professional practice has provided what we needed, that was to be herd and paid for work that we did do. Thank you Larry for such a great job, and with the help of you fantastic assistant Kristen.....no one said it would be easy....but the respect and care you have shown to me and my family is with out measure we adore you as a man and respect you even more....thank you for making a difference in our lives..... I would and will recommend you to any one who is need of help in construction and collecting funds....the smaller people need not be afraid with you in the front line.

We chose well being your client!

I was really very stressed and frustrated when I got this lawsuit, I had no idea since I went to the Labor & Industries contractors class. We had never imagined the outcome of the proceedings, we thought we would lose our business. We learned so much in this litigation process. We appreciate your e...xpertise, which is your excellent legal experience and knowledge. You have handled our case very well, including good arrangements for our Chinese interpreter, saving our time, even if we speak Chinese. Prompt information and email updates were very helpful. We feel confident because you are our attorney. THANK YOU Larry!

Unconventional but effective

Larry has been the construction and contracts lawyer for my company for well over twenty years. His knowledge and experience is definitely first rate. Based on his advice and our willingness to follow it, we have never been sued, never been to court and only taken two clients to arbitration for non...-payment in all these years, and we are a sizable firm. Larry's approach is as unique as his personality, so depending on your comfort level with brilliant eccentricity, you'll love him or you'll move on. Regarding his honesty and integrity, in all these years I've never had reason to doubt either. Larry is very committed to his clients.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
