Allen A. Glass

Allen has represented me since 2008. Allen helped me through an extremely difficult and scary divorce. He helped me stand up to my ex in court and bring the truth out and do what was best for my children. Everything he said would happen happened. I had very little money and my ex had lots he tried to... take me back to court multiple times to financially drain me and Allen was able to put a stop to that. I went back to court in 2015 for a custody violation and I called Allen and he jumped right in and helped me through that time just as before. Thank you Allen!

Well, I have to say I am very impressed with Allen Glass. When I reached out to him I was scared and had no idea what I was going to deal with, I just knew that I wanted to divorce and my ex-husband was getting vindictive. Without getting into to specific details, right away he reassured me and quick...ly I felt safe enough to rely on him. He is very experience in the matter of family laws and divorce and navigate the court system with easy and efficiency. I ended with a lot more that I was even wishing for. He has a very down to earth, real, no BS attitude which made our interactions very focused to the point, short enough, and so minimized the cost. Allen Glass is a remarkable lawyer. I first retained Mr. Glass almost five years ago to represent me in a custody case. As a father I did not expect much, but what I received was beyond belief. Allen’s superior knowledge of the law and meticulous strategic planning was crucial in me obtaining not ...just 50/50, but full custodial guardianship of my daughter. Allen’s keen senses of the law lead us to winning further cases and several arbitration's. In the one arbitration in which we did not win, Allen was confident that the arbitrator stepped out of their legal boundaries and suggested appealing. Allen was unfazed by this adversity and the appeal went exactly as Mr. Glass thought it would and the arbitration was reversed. Allen also cares about his clients. This has been a long, tense, and unfortunate situation that I have been a part of. When Mr. glass felt that I was starting to act petty and lose long term focus, he was quick to remind me that instant gratification is not always the best and most meaningful result. Now that these cases are over and I have had time for reflection; it is easy for me to admit that he was correct! I worked with Allen for about 12 years on and off related to the same parenting plan. He is very organized and knowledgable and we won case after case insuring that my rights set out in the parenting plan were not violated. My daughter lived on the other side of the country so my visitation rights ...were very important to me. I believe it is because of Allen that I am able to have a relationship with my adult daughter today. Allen kept me focussed on what was important for me and my daughter's overall well being.
