Car accident collision

William was very helpful with my case and settlement. He prepared me for what to expect, was honest about time frames and expectations of next steps and strategies. He was informative and kept me posted along the way. It was an education on process as well as realistic on possible outcomes for me an...d my case. He reviewed with me his findings of information, Dr. inquiries and written letters to the insurance company for claims. He was excellent and thorough. My results were favorable and satisfying. I highly recommend him.

Relentlessly hard worker!

Willie went above and beyond to ensure I got the best settlement possible after I was hit by a car while riding my bike. He gave clear, thorough explanations about every step of the process for me, honest opinions about possible moves we could make, and left all the final decisions up to me. He also ...worked tirelessly to scrutinize every detail of my insurer's contract and was able to save me a significant portion of funds I otherwise would have had to pay them. As if that weren't enough, he and his office gave the debt collectors hell for harassing me and even got them to apologize! I hope I never have to deal with such a serious accident again, but I will definitely hire Willie for the job if I do.

Top Settlement For My Personal Injury Case

I had a very difficult case involving multiple parties at fault for an auto accident I was Involved in. Mr. Weigand was very skillful with the insurance companies of the at fault parties in his negotiation skills as well as his ability to bring logic and sensibility into my case. He was the best advo...cate I could have hoped for. Our settlement was well within the range of damages we had sued for.
