Late last year I was in the process of purchasing the small animal practice I had worked for, from my then-boss (let's just call my former boss "TB"). Tyler Jones came highly recommended from my financial advisor to help set up the sale and lease paperwork. Tyler made it very much a two-way process. ...He heard my side of what I wanted out of the sale and included my feedback in all revisions. He made sure I understood what was going on, what was going to be expected of me, and what I was getting out of it. He took the time to go through everything literally line-by-line with me in a way I could understand. He had my back every step of the way especially toward the end when communications with TB seemed to be breaking down. There was some particularly difficult maneuvering regarding the bank's requirements about the lease. Then, after the deal was taken care of, a question came up from TB about a specific part of the lease that he disagreed with. Not only did I feel confident in stating something from lease both paragraph and line, that verified my point, Tyler emailed TB's attorney for me to get it straightened out so there were no more questions on the matter. Even though this was overall a stressful and difficult time for me I felt supported the whole time. Tyler's services were absolutely worth it.

And when the deal took an unexpected turn towards the end, he came up with some creative solutions and took ownership in getting everyone to the agreement and resolution. At the end, he even took the lead in corralling all parties (seller's attorney, bank, landlord, and escrow) and orchestrate closing for us. His extensive experience in helping medical / dental clients also brought us referrals to various vital services (e.g., accountants) which was invaluable for the first time practice owner like us.
