I have been a practicing physician for 15 years and found myself in need of legal advice to help me leave my practice with a large hospital-based employer. I'm like most of my colleagues in that I am not experienced with employment contracts and/or separation agreements in medicine as I have only signed one contract since finishing residency. Excellent attorney who is highly responsive, very smart and is able to review large volumes of documents in a time and cost-efficient manner. Was especially impressed with his ability to read through long contracts and filter them down to the relevant issues and pose questions to me which were all well thought out and highly pertinent. Therefore, I was able to forego reading many of these contracts, as I trusted Luke implicitly to pick up the salient points and knew for sure that he would miss nothing important and would address with me exactly the issues that I would have asked about had I read the documents myself.
