I represent clients in contract drafting and negotiation, software and technology licensing, software as a service (SaaS), mobile applications and devices, cloud computing, e-commerce, privacy policies and terms of use, data security, collaboration and development, manufacturing and supply, sales, open source software, regulatory compliance, consulting and employment, business formation and corporate governance matters, as well as mergers and acquisitions. I also represent clients in securing and enforcing a wide range of intellectual property rights (patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret).
