Melissa was extremely knowledgeable, shared her prior experiences, clarified what some things meant, and comforted me the entire duration of the call. Like Robert, she made sure that I stayed focused on the facts, and made sure that I remained focused on getting the information that I needed to gather for Robert to Robert.
