Client Review

Rich successfully handled a very complex, multi layered and mulit million dollar construction liability lawsuit for me and I was very impressed with his teams ability to understand coordinate all the moving parts for a positvie outcome.

A Winner

Rich has represented our firm for 20 years in a variety of construction, insurance and development situations, mostly litigation. Rich is certainly a pleasure to work with. However, we rely on Rich and his fellow attorneys because he consistently delivers on our expectations. In perhaps a dozen lawsu...its (some of which threatened the survival of this firm, now a $50,000,000 annual revenue company), Rich has achieved the outcomes we had been hoping for - and more.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
