His recent cases include, but are not limited to, voluntary disclosures for non-filers and for those with foreign bank accounts and foreign entities, protesting IRS audit determinations, protesting state Department of Revenue determinations for in-state and out-of-state taxpayers (including business & occupation tax, sales tax, and trust fund accountability assessments), challenging federal trust fund recovery penalty assessments (federal employment taxes), penalty abatements, offers in compromise, installment agreements, and general tax collection issues.
