Full hearted recommendation to hire Richard Goldsworthy

Richard Goldsworthy was one of the reasons that I made it through the process of my lawsuit. From our very first phone call, he was affirming of my experiences with my previous employer. He not only validated my legal concerns and confirmed that I had a case, he validated my feeling. Please trust me ...that THAT helps- not only professionally, but personally. This is a very personal experience, full of trials, tribulations, and tests for your health and of your character. Rick was a fully committed and tenacious partner in advocating for justice for me. Every time my previous employer played games and was dismissive, which unfortunately and unsurprisingly was often, Rick called them on it, pushed back harder, got improved results and advanced us closer toward a better outcome for me. When my employer literally justified breaking the law as some benefit to me, Rick was an equal partner in both my questioning of their audacity and my understandable anger. At the end of the day, after close to one year, a resolution was reached. Rick always made it completely clear to me that any decision to accept anything was solely my decision. He has no stake in that decision aside from ensuring that I got justice and felt as good as one can at the end of this process. I hope that no-one ever finds themself in my position, but in the event that you do, I can't recommend him enough.

Life Changing Experience
