Ralph Brindley, a member of the Luvera Law Firm since 1992, focuses primarily on plaintiff's work in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. A past member of the Board of Governors for the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association, Brindley also is an invited member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the Damage Attorneys Round Table, comprised of the top five percent of trial attorneys in Washington representing injured people. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, which represents the top one percent of lawyers in the state, and a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, whose membership is limited to the top 500 lawyers in the world. He is also a member of the International Society of Barristers.
Prior to joining the Luvera Law Firm, Brindley handled defense cases for 14 years at a large Seattle law firm, and taught for five years at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
Brindley has also been selected by fellow lawyers in a 2004 state wide survey as a Super Lawyer ©. The annual survey is conducted by Washington Law and Politics. More then 20,000 ballots were mailed to attorneys across Washington who were asked to vote for the best lawyers they had personally observed in action.
Brindley earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Washington, graduating with honors in 1972. After graduation, Brindley was stationed in Germany for three years with the United States Army. He went on to receive his law degree from New York University in 1978.
Brindley was born and raised in Washington. He and his wife Kathy reside in Seattle and Brindley has three children.
