Peggy Williams Rasmussen

Peggy Williams is a commercial litigator and arbitrator. She joined Calfo Harrigan after 19 years of complex commercial litigation at Heller Ehrman LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in the areas of contract disputes, antitrust, energy, utility regulation, computer software and hardware, environmental litigation, consumer class actions, insurance coverage, and intellectual property, for clients such as Microsoft, Pacific Gas & Electric Co., the State of Alaska, and Asarco

Peggy was a member of the legal teams defending Microsoft in a series of consumer antitrust class actions, and defending PacifiCorp against antitrust claims seeking over $900 million arising out of Canadian natural gas sales. Peggy has advised merging companies on compliance with Federal Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Justice pre-merger review requirements.

Peggy is a member of the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Panel of arbitrators and serves as an arbitrator for the King County Mandatory Arbitration Program.
