Biography
I have substantial public and private sector labor and employment law practice.
I have been involved in all aspects of employer representation in labor and employment law for over thirty years. I work with employers of all sizes, helping them understand their legal rights and responsibilities. I have substantial experience in both federal and state court litigation, particularly in employment law cases. I regularly take the lead in bargaining negotiations for many public and private sector clients, and I have represented numerous employers in both grievance and interest arbitration. I have also worked extensively on executive compensation matters, representing both executives and companies. In addition, I frequently speak on developments in labor and employment law.
