I was over a year in on a high conflict divorce case in a surrounding rural county where legal system cronyism seemed to be taking full advantage of the large amounts of money that the opposing party was willing to throw into the case. When we started I was thrilled with Marks work. I thought he would do the job I asked him to do everything was going as expected and then Mark said he was too busy and quit. I was a month away from my mediation and two months away from my divorce trial.... quality only matters if they don't quit righ...t before my trial. Please be warry as they will not meet expectations. When I asked why he was so busy he said that he had so many new accounts come on... seems to me you should be obligated to your current clients but that might just be me. Mark stated that I am presenting my story falsely. TAKEN FROM mark's email to me.: "Too busy is not an excuse. I am too busy. I had tons of new cases come on board and others take off, and the same time your case went from needing almost no attention except we thought we would maybe resolve it, a single temporary order and then mediation, to emergency hearings and totally messed up situation." Yes a messed up situation... But that is why I have hired you, because it is messy and difficult to get divorced.

After my husband of 20 years announced he wanted a divorce, I was in shock and confused, my life was about to change. He is articulate, quick witted and not afraid of confrontations if it helps him advocate for his clients. He is honest with his clients too on realistic expectations, but he will not back down in negotiations unless it is fair, equitable and has a good outcome for the people he represents. When my trial date was imminent, there was a conflict with my first attorney, so she brought Mark in. Within a weekend he knew the ins and outs of the financial situation and was on top of the 5 binders of information. Once the opposition heard the Judge’s ruling before trail and saw the evidence in the Trial Management Report, he and his paralegal Nickole had put together they wanted to negotiate after 18months doing the opposite. We were prepared to go to trial regardless. Mark would not back down until it was a fair and equitable outcome for me. We avoided the trial and additional trial costs due to his excellent negotiation skills and activism for me. There are only 2 attorneys I would hire to represent me with confidence knowing they had my back, and I was not a number to them but a person who needed a champion and Mark is most definitely one of them.
