I'm a trial attorney licensed to practice in Washington and Oregon. My litigation practice focuses on construction, real estate, and mass torts. I have extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. I have successfully guided my clients through mediation, arbitration, and all phases of litigation, including trial. I also serve as an Arbitrator in the Mandatory Arbitration programs for King, Kitsap, Thurston, Mason, Harbor, and Clallam Counties.
Prior to becoming an attorney, I was an officer in the U.S. Navy. While a Surface Warfare Officer (SWO), I drove ships, managed weapon systems, supervised refueling and small boat operations, inspected engineering plants, oversaw government contracts, taught ROTC, and coached sailing.
I'm a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and I have a masters degree from Fordham University and a law degree from the University of Virginia.
