Biography
Greg Hensrude is the managing shareholder of Klindinst PC in Seattle. He has an active litigation and pre-litigation practice that focuses on representing corporations with respect to a full range of issues. Much of Mr. Hensrude’s work occurs outside of the courtroom, where he assists companies with services ranging from the negotiation and drafting of contracts to the acquisition of intellectual property. Mr. Hensrude also has experience in every aspect of litigation, from filing a lawsuit to serving as lead counsel at trial. Mr. Hensrude has litigated many different kinds of complex cases, but focuses on intellectual property, contract disputes, the defense of professionals, and product defect claims.
