Due to a hit & run case I had become charge, I did a Google Search for such a lawyer. Geoff Burg's website made me decide to retain him as my lawyer. My case was involved and had difficulties...and I was out of town, unable to appear...Mr. Burg's staff handled the difficulties without delay, enabling... me to continue my travels...upon my return, his advice in regards to resolving my case was exactly what I needed & his help with my understanding of legal requirements like community service gained me a worthwhile experience & new friends with the Washington Trails Association. What was maybe the most appreciated aspect was his steadying hand when I was very concerned about dealing with a court system with which I had no idea how to proceed. He explained every legal aspect, how the court looked at my case, what to expect and gave me choices. He listened to my fears & concerns with empathy, always available to qualm my fears & answer my questions. For that alone it was worth every dime I spent.... Let me begin by setting up my case. I was in need of a DUI attorney after a dumb decision one night in April. I got pulled over and was taken to the station and blew over the limit, This was a first offense and I was understandably scared at my predicament. I did some asking around and meet with a co...uple other lawyers. They all seemed super money hungry and didn't give much detail on the outlook they would just say "we can make this go away". After talking to Geoffrey he showed a level of understanding about what I needed to hear and how he could help, He made it clear that it wasn't going to be a walk in the park and Laid out what I needed to do to make it the optimum conditions for him to negotiate. I loved the truthfulness and straightforward attitude. I ended up going with him, during the case he was super responsive and always available, also has a very nice office staff. I can truly say Geoffrey is like an ice Burg of the law, you may only have to see him a few times during your case, but he is working hard on your behalf to get you the best outcome. He successfully got my case lowered, resulting in me not having to go to jail and a very low fine. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. He experience and knowledge helped me through this process tremendously, I don't think I could have or would have gotten the same result with someone else. If I ever need legal counsel for anything I know I can ask him and he would be more than happy to point me in the right direction, because I truly believe that's the type of good person I think he is.

I was as guilty as OJ Simpson! I made the biggest mistake in my life. Mr.Burg and his team are the BEST in the business. They were in constant contact with me. If you get in trouble I would highly suggest hiring him.He asked for the pie in the sky deal. That deal became a reality. I simply can NOT s...ay enough bout this guy. I thought my life was over. Now I have a new lease on life. Call him first before even thinking about calling ANY Lawyer. Not once during this whole process. He wasn't prepared and had a perfect plan of attack. I can't stress this enough. Definitely,not your sleazy DWI defense lawyer. That you see on TV! To top it all off he is fantastic human being. I urge you to call him FIRST! i was in such a bad predicament I really did not know what i was gonna do.. I have a bad record already from numerous arrest and convictions... I was pulled over on my birthday for allegedly running a stop sign... which was not true...but it didn't matter because i had 2 warrants so i was gonna be ta...ken in regardless. I knew i wasn't guilty so i figured it would be dropped or dismissed eventually. Because of my record they were gonna try to make an example of me. I had a public defender appointed to me and oh my goodness was that scary....She cared nothing about my case jus what was i willing to plead to or if i took it to trial what i was looking at....I was so terrified.... I knew i couldn't put my life in her hands because out of 6 months of having my case i seen her once out of the courtroom.....and only talked to her 1-2 days before my next court date....I started doing research on some private attorneys who specialized in D.U.I. cases because thats what the charges i had the warrants were for..... I found 2 attorneys and i went and met with one....When i did meet with this gentlemen i could tell how he looked at my record and looked at me and then told me there was nothing he could really do to help me... I really felt helpless after that meeting and felt like i had no chance truthfully. But i couldn't give up so i gave my second choice of the 2 attorneys i found whose name is Geoffrey Burg.... After sitting down for a consultation with him i felt o.k....But his price was very high for what i thought i would have to pay. I waited a few weeks and thought a few things over and i set up another appointment to actually make sure that this was gonna be worth the money he was asking and that he was really gonna work for me.....Mr. Geoffrey Burg exceeded all of my worries and expectations.....He fought for me and explained everything every step of the way....And the outcome of my case was something that i couldnt ever believe would happen!!! I only received 30days and I'm able to get work release so I'm able to stay out and work to provide for my 2 babies who are only 1 and 2 years old...Which is another reason i was stressing about what i was facing... I was so happy that i even offered Mr. Burg some more money or jus to let me even buy him and his office lunch or dinner just to show my gratitude...He smiled and declined the offer he said it was his pleasure to help me and if i can only write a review for him or tell some of my friends about him so he can represent us if needed!!!! All i can say is THANK U THANK U THANK U!!!!! to Mr. Geoffrey Burg and his staff for their hard work and dedication for their clients!!! I Appreciate everything they did for me so the least i can do is write a review to let someone know if they are in need of a great lawyer and they don't know who to call....Dont hesitate to call Geoffrey Burg i guarantee he will work hard for u, he will tell you the truth, and you're gonna be pleased with your outcome!!!!
