Cindy G. Flynn is an attorney with the law firm of Carney Badley Spellman, P.S. in Seattle, Washington. Before joining Carney, Ms. Flynn was an Army JAG captain. While in the military, Ms. Flynn prosecuted as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, was chief of the litigation branch defending medical malpractice and injury claims, and was defense counsel for soldiers at courts-martial.
Ms. Flynn has been named a Washington state Super Lawyer for the years 2007-2010 by Washington Law and Politics magazine. She had previously been named a Washington state 2002 Rising Star by the publication. She has been honored by Law & Politics in their September/October 2009 and 2010 issues of Super Lawyers — Corporate Counsel Edition as being among the top attorneys in civil and criminal litigation in America.

Great Expertise, Great Comfort
Ms. Flynn helped me with a civil lawsuit wherein a drunken pedestrian stepped out in front of my car against the light. Ms. Flynn was sharp, professional, highly informed, plainspoken, and quite helpful. I consider the outcome of the lawsuit to be much better than I could have hoped for.
