UNFULFILLED CONTRACT

Misses deadlines and doesn't call you to let you know. Contract states that a payment arrangement was made, which was monthly payments on the 25th of every month and even though I complied her excuse was that I hadn't fully payed her off and she didn't legally have to turn in the briefing. I mentio...ned the payment arrangements and then her reply was 'you should've read your contract'

Great family petition work

I hired the Law Office of Catherine Willmore, PLLC to help me petition for my mother. Her law clerk is in charge of most affirmative work and she was wonderful. She sent out my mother's petition in a timely manner and everything worked out as planned. They tend to get busy, but manage to get everythi...ng out on time. They are reasonably priced. If you can get an appointment it's worth it.

Make sure your appointment is with Catherine Willmore

I needed a lawyer for a time sensitive immigration case and found Catherine Willmore, after 3 weeks appointment I was told I will need to reschedule my appointment because she is busy. I did because I had no other choice and when I finally went to the office I was told I am assigned to another attorn...ey I didn't even know about. Now I have very few days left and no lawyer. This is very improper way of doing business

Professional misconduct

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2018.

Resignation in Lieu of Discipline issued in WA, 2018

updated on 11/28/2018

Ineligible to practice law in Washington. No longer a member of the WSBA due to resignation while disciplinary proceedings were pending. Not eligible to re-apply for admission.

Suspension issued in WA, 2016

updated on 10/20/2016

This means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.

Reprimand issued in WA, 2008

updated on 04/28/2012

This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals.
