Biography
Catherine specializes in all aspects of elder law, including
Medicaid and long term care planning, guardianships, special
needs planning, estate planning, and probate. She also
represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice and nursing home
negligence cases. Catherine has a background as a Registered
Nurse with over 20 years of experience in working with
elders and long term care issues. She is a member of the King
County Bar Association Elder Law Section, the Washington State
Association for Justice, and is past President-Elect of the
Washington Chapter of NAELA.
