What is less than Incompetent?
I wish we would have read the review above before ever working with Carl Edwards. We also endured several delays in Carls responses. The length of time Carl took to rule on our matters made his rulings "stale" to a judge who also refused to use any of Carl's language/ruling in the order. Carl sh...
