Successful Complex Family Law Trial Attorney

I was represented in a very drawn out, unique, and frustrating parenting plan that was started in 2019 and wasn't finalized until the end of 2021. I interviewed three other attorneys before selecting Brad Crosta for representation. My reason for choosing Brad was his very straightforward, no nonsense... approach. I appreciated his ability to maintain a sense of pragmatism and see things clearly without getting bogged down in the, what I can only call 'craziness' of parts of the case. My case involved a petitioner with serious mental health issues, and Brad was able to navigate the complexity of managing the frustrating and irrational aspects of the process in a way that kept me feeling safe, well represented and understood. I ultimately went to trial, and was awarded my requests from the judge. I owe this in no small part to Brad and will always be deeply grateful for his thorough, thoughtful, and expert representation.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I was opposing counsel to Brad on an exceedingly difficult and emotional case. Brad was passionate in his representation of his client. Despite the contentious and litigious nature of the case, Brad always maintained professional courtesy. The case ended up going to trial and I cannot express how impressed I was with Brad in the courtroom. He is fantastic litigator and he knows the Rules of Evidence. Outside of court, Brad is a gentleman and someone I always enjoying talking with. I highly recommend Brad."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Mr. Crosta and I have worked together on two major personal injury matters. His insight and strategic planning are two of his greatest strengths and comparable to any attorney with whom I have ever worked. He is, further, personable and compassionate toward the clients he represents. I would recommend Mr. Crosta to anyone seeking counsel for a complex or serious injury case."

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. While most of his practice is in personal injury, I met him as opposing counsel in a family law case. He was a powerful adversary in the best sense. His allegience to his client was unwaivering. His legal work was highly effective."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Too few are aware that Brad Crosta was the energy and the brains behind the ground-breaking Washington State Supreme Court case of Stute v. PMBC, that forever changed workplace safety in favor of the Washington State worker. Because of Mr. Crosta, Washington State residents have saved tens of millions in taxes by holding unscrupulous, and unsafe, contractors accountable for practices that put money motives before worker safety. I have had the pleasure of consulting with Brad on many six and seven-figure cases. I thoroughly endorse this clever, and highly capable attorney."
