About Andrew

Biography

Litigation is the one-word description for my practice. I have enjoyed the good fortune of being asked to handle employment cases, both for employers and employees, contract disputes, fascinating real estate issues, personal injury matters both for plaintiffs and defendants, and other unique cases in "catagories" probably too numerous to mention. This diversity makes my practice an ever-changing experience. I hope that the consistent theme in my cases is that my clients know that I care deeply about them and their cases, that I listen to them, that I give them the best dispassionate advice I can outside of the courtroom, and that I provide them with passionate advocacy in the courtroom. I have spent my entire career, since 1982, at Helsell Fetterman LLP, and I cannot imagine a better place to learn and practice the profession of lawyering. One of the most satisfying aspects of my career is the many instances in which my partners have seen fit to entrust their clients, and their client's cases, to my care, and for that I am grateful every day.
