I interviewed him. He wanted 1/3 of award. Fair enough. But then he also required I hire his 'other' firm to do all case prep, research, etc at an hourly rate. So he was billing double. Plus he stipulated that it HAD to go to trial, no settlement, so that he could then bill the client the maximum.
