I came to be represented by Josh Camp after firing my initial legal representative (an LLLT). To say I was jaded and burned by my first legal representative would be an understatement, but Josh rose to the occasion and exceeded all expectations. From day one, my divorce was high conflict but Josh ...has handled every scenario with professional ease. He has been highly communicative every step of the way, even contacting me on an occasional weekend if the issue was urgent (fortunately, this didn't happen often). While he's been phenomenal during the entire process (a high compliment given how challenging things have been), it was how he represented me during mediation with my ex and his lawyer that truly impressed me. Our mediation took 10 hours, and by hour 8, it seemed that the mediation might not work out and we would head to possible trial. However, Josh knew the position was was standing firm in and helped me achieve a fair and equitable settlement. He has ensured complete thoroughness, including walking me through word-for-word the settlement document drafted during mediation. I also want to note that while his job was to be my attorney during divorce, which he did so to the highest professional degree, Josh also showed his human side though care and compassion. He didn't shy away from constructive feedback, but did so with the best of intentions and I truly appreciate that. The entire law firm is "on it", working as a cohesive unit even when several different paralegals also touched my case.
