Toni Y. Anders

Toni Anders is a trial attorney with experience in insurance coverage, commercial litigation, employment counseling and litigation, and intellectual property.  Her insurance and litigation practices include first and third party insurance coverage and defense – including bad faith litigation and SIU/fraud counseling and advice – and litigating tort liability and contract disputes.  Ms. Anders defends clients in employment disputes and represents writers and musicians in contract negotiations and general business affairs.  She has defended commercial clients in matters ranging from product liability to workplace discrimination.

Before practicing law, Ms. Anders worked as a claims representative for State Farm Insurance Company.
