Timothy John Repass

Tim is a Partner in WSH&B’s Seattle and Portland offices. He handles a variety of complex civil litigation matters and practices primarily in the areas of construction litigation, commercial litigation, employment litigation, environmental and pollution litigation, professional liability, and product liability. Tim regularly represents real estate developers, general contractors, and design professionals in construction litigation, and has handled a range of matters involving single family homes to massive class action and high rise litigation as well as bonding and lien claims. Tim has litigated large-scale environmental contamination cases brought under state and federal environmental laws and other environmental exposure and toxic tort cases in both state and federal court. He has also litigated commercial and consumer finance matters under a variety of state and federal regulations as well as consumer protection statutes.
