Steven N. Ross

Steve Ross has focused his practice on labor and employment law, as well as on government relations and land use issues. Prior to entering private law practice in 1984, Mr. Ross served as Counsel to the Washington State House of Representatives’ Labor Committee in Olympia.

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Ross has represented individuals, non-profit organizations, public-sector unions, and small employers in a wide variety of employment matters and in employment litigation. He has represented clients in cases involving allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, wrongful termination and breach of employment contracts. He has an “AV Preeminent” peer and judicial-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and in 2010 was named by Seattle Met magazine as one of Seattle’s Top Lawyers in labor and employment law.
