I went through one of the worst divorce cases imaginable. Ron and his father David were on top of my case at every turn. Ron provided direction and advice that literally saved the lives of my son and me. For that alone, he is invaluable, like having a best friend fight your battles and at the same ti...me provide protection. I interviewed other attorneys for my case but David and Ron were ready for action more than just talk. They are direct and to the point, fast and will give point by point what is needed. All lawyers are expensive but Ron is worth it I have recommended Ron to others who have thanked me and given feedback that he is really what they need, youthful oriented, cool-hip, knows just how you need to be in your case.

Ron has been fantastic the entire time he has worked for me. His is honest and trust worthy, two qualities I value in someone fighting for my family and that's just what he did; he fought hard for my family. First with the good. Ron was very responsive and generally kept me apprised of all issues related to my case. Unfortunately, that doesn't win cases, just runs up legal bills. Not Trustworthy. There are several other serious issues that I have with Ron and his representation. First, he intentionall...y mislead me about actions he claimed to be taking in preparing for my case. I asked him direct questions and the response he provided was factually false. These were not issues that could were subjective nature. They were matters that had a clear right or wrong answer. He told me something that was false and pretended that it was true. Not Knowledgeable. While Ron has a good legal mind, he does not have a good grasp of family law matters. After I lost my DVPO case in front the commissioner, we decided to attempt to revise the ruling. Ron was corrected by the judge about what the law actually said. It was clear from the very beginning that this one area was the biggest potential threat, yet Ron refused to acknowledge it and instead insisted on, "revving up the conflict," which only made matters. His lack of maturity and unfamiliarity with pertinent statutes cost me dearly. Luckily for me I hired another attorney and the DVPO that had been entered was dismissed, but the year and a half of hell I dealt with as a result of Ron's ineptness were inexcusable. I would not recommend Ron Ordell.

Ron helped me understand my documents and was attentive to the things I was looking for legal help with. Other divorce attorneys I talked to only offered overpriced divorce packages that didn't suit my needs or estimated huge costs for services before I even explained my situation. Ron explained thin...gs like a friend would and I felt I understood what was happening after I left. He also was extremely fair about his price, adjusting it accordingly when he saw what I needed from him. He made me feel like I was in control, not like he was an expert who should just be trusted with my case. I would recommend him enthusiastically.
