Matthew Deck Hartman

In the last four years I've had the misfortune to need a divorce attorney, criminal attorney and litigation attorney (all separate cases). All of these attorneys were responsive and relatively easy to communicate with. They kept me up-to-date on important dates, advised on strategy and mitigated any... risk. Unfortunately, I did not find this to be the case with Mr. Hartman.

Obviously as a professional in today's landscape discretion is very highly appreciated. When hiring an attorney for any reason this is always welcome. Next would be professional knowledge as I feel that what we strive mostly for when hiring legal help. Matt has proved excellent in both of my top crit...eria I've mentioned. He has also gone above and beyond on the actual work load. This is not common among attorneys. I've always felt they do as little as possible. Most likely true of all of our professions as we find ourselves in water up to our necks more than often. With all due respect he is a top notch attorney and a first rate trial lawyer. I know because we hung the jury on our first go around and he found himself re-trying the case. 10 out of 10.
