Super responsive, very easy to work with.

Larry was incredibly responsive from my first phone call. We sold our home without an agent, and he managed the buy/sell agreement, drafted a promissory note, counseled on default contingencies, and provided a wealth of information relevant to selling a home yourself.

This IS the lawyer you want to work with

Lawrence worked with us on a home purchase transaction that was executed without a real estate agent because the seller published it as a â€œsell by ownerâ€. His work on contract, addendums and legal advice was professional, prompt and resulted being of excellent value. He made the process easy and... clear and facilitated a smooth transaction. Wonderful, responsive lawyer -- expert in real estate

Lawrence has assisted me with several legal matters over the past few years, related to a real-estate purchase and landlord-tenant resolution issues. His knowledge base is very deep and he understands the complexities and nuances of many issues. Larry was very prompt with responding to my questions, ...answered many questions I had, and always kept me informed about the cases. He responded to my inquiries, and reached out to me, as well, with updates. I found him very comfortable and easy to work with, yet incredibly professional at the same time. I would definitely recommend him and plan on working with him again in the future.

Resolved my problem

Mr. Glosser helped me with my landlord tenant problem and issues with a lease situation. He was good at explaining what was going on, and worked out a very good result in a short time. He knows a lot about real estate and was very professional. I hope I don't need a lawyer again, but if I do I wi...ll call him for sure.
